Glisten is your all-in-one destination for the most fun at-home workouts in sculpt, strength, barre & more while channeling that inner glisten - the feeling of strength, confidence and power from the inside out.
Glisten workouts are all under 40 mins and aimed to empower women to celebrate their bodies, move with joy & exude confidence.
The Glisten App has over 300 classes of different lengths and styles, from dance cardio, sculpt, barre, strength, full body, arms & abs, stretch and more! New on-demand classes are added each week, and virtual live classes happen every month. Monthly calendars, 6 week challenges & shorter 1-3 week programs are also available.
All Glisten classes can be completed without equipment, or add in light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights and sliders for an extra challenge!
